This tour is perfect for groups looking to explore the Melbourne food scene on a private tasting tour.

Our Melbourne tours are led by local food experts who will teach you about it’s fascinating culinary history and modern multicultural society.

The tour kicks off at Federation Square and makes its way through the beautiful arcades and alleys that define Melbourne.

We will start with coffee (of course) from one of Melbourne’s famed roasters as we explore the beautiful city laneways.

Taste stunning handmade chocolates at the Ganache Chocolate Salon and visit the Gewürzhaus spice store to learn about native Australian ingredients.

Visit specialty food stores to experience olive oil and taste the very best honey at the beautiful Beechworth Honey Shop.

Discover hidden lanes lined with cafes, cocktail bars and restaurants before making your way into Little Bourke Street and the Chinatown district for delicious Chinese egg custard tarts and Indian samosa.

Then onto Spring Street for an opportunity to visit an underground maturation cellar and tastings of amazing farmhouse cheeses. We then get our pick of the best seasonal artisan-made gelato at the Spring Street Grocer.

Your guide will also bring you up to speed on the latest and greatest restaurants across the city.

By the conclusion of this tour you will understand why Melbourne is the undisputed foodie capital of Australia.
