Join wine writer Max Allen and food writer Richard Cornish as they introduce you to the exciting world of neurogastronomy. This event is hosted over a feast of food and wine at a top Melbourne restaurant.

These two engaging (and very witty) presenters explain how our brains combine taste and smell to produce flavour. And how our personal memories colour the experience of everything we eat and drink.

During this interactive flavour master class Max and Richard will answer these questions – and many more – the only way they know how. By sharing excellent food and drinks at a restaurant of your choice.

This is a fantastic way to spend a couple of hours with two of Melbourne’s most enthusiastic food and wine lovers.

A unique food event you will remember for many years to come. Fun for private parties and team building events.

Max Allen is a wine and drinks columnist for with over 20 years experience at The Weekend Australian Magazine, Australian Gourmet Traveller and The Financial Review. Max is also the author of numerous award-winning books on wine.

Richard Cornish  is a senior writer for The Age Epicure and SMH Good Living and has co-written four books on Spanish food with MoVida chef Frank Camorra and consults to the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.
