Private dining is a wonderful way to celebrate with colleagues and friends, especially when it’s at the The Spring Street Grocer Cheese Cellar.

Take the spiral staircase to this underground venue and enjoy views into the glass fronted cheese room as you enjoy a wonderful three course food and wine experience, created by executive chef Ian Curley and his team.


Entree - three dishes to share
Buffalo mozzarella, tomato, basil
Ocean trout crudo, pickled fennel, confit orange and liquorice
House charcuterie, pickles & grissini

Main Course - two dishes to share
Chateaubriand: Salt roasted with bourguignon garnish
Saskia Beer chicken, hay roasted carrots, salsa verde
Roquette salad with aged balsamic
Kipfler potatoes, bacon and cabbage

Dessert – to share
Petit Fours and a selection of cheeses from the Spring Street Grocer Cheese room.

A three hour package of sparkling, red and white wine will be served plus beer, mineral water and soft drinks.

One of our talented private dining hosts will be on hand to welcome guests and for the duration of the event. Options include.
