The cuisine of Spain, Italy, Morocco and Vietnam – cook and taste it all at this unique and fun team building activity!

The Four Nations Cooking Class has your team divided into four groups, as they try their hand at cooking dishes from the distinct cuisines of Spain, Italy, Morocco and Vietnam. One of the most unique corporate cooking classes Melbourne.

Groups pass through four cooking stations over the course of the evening, each set up with everything needed to prepare a selection of delicious dishes.

Our chefs roam the venue, ready to assist the groups as they prepare items such as honey roasted pork, paella, roast duck rice paper rolls and kataifi parcels.

Finally everyone moves to the dining room to share the amazing feast they have prepared.

There are even a few prizes to be awarded for the best groups of the day!

Vietnam
Roast duck rice paper rolls (V)
Honey roast pork with soba noodle and mushroom salad

Spain
Gazpacho soup (V)
Paella with chicken and chorizo
Carrot, cumin and lemon salad

Italy
Chicken saltimbocca skewers
Sweet potato and pea risotto (V)
Fennel, walnut and radicchio salad (V)

Morocco
Cheese and zaatar kataifi parcels (V)
North African lamb kebabs
Tomato salsa (V)
Spiced couscous  (V)

Dessert
Poached pears in cinnamon and red wine syrup.
