Private bookings are available for groups of 14+ guests. We can host larger groups on request.
$150.00pp - Includes venue hire, four course meal to prepare and enjoy and a hosted event.

Join food expert Pauline Leonard in a wonderful group cooking class celebrating the very best of Italian food and culture.

This class will have you getting hands-on to create a four course meal of antipasti, fresh pasta, main course and dessert.

Once completed everyone will sit down to share the beautiful food they have prepared.

A true celebration of Italian cooking and a great way to gather with work colleagues for a fun, food-filled time together. Also terrific for private parties, birthday celebrations and special anniversaries.

Menu includes:

ANTIPASTI
Eggplant involtini with roasted capsicum, pesto and ricotta
Tomato tartlets with cheese & olives
Pumpkin and gorgonzola frittata
Arancini

PASTA
Handmade ravioli filled with ricotta and pumpkin

MAIN COURSE
Swordfish with roasted tomato sauce
Baby red peppers with ricotta and olives
Potatoes baked with lemon and pepper
Orange and radicchio salad

DESSERT
Individual tiramisu
