Max Allen is your host for an event cider lovers have been waiting for: a two hour guided tasting through the wonderful world of cider and perry.

This event is held at The Local Taphouse in St Kilda, a venue perfectly suited to a drinks event such as this one. Max will guide guests through the vastly different style of cider and perry emerging from craft producers across Australia and around the globe.

Max will lead guests through the many different ways of making cider and perry from apples and pears to create an amazing array of drinks which can be clear, cloudy, fizzy, sweet or sour.

Learn how to really taste the differences between these drinks which have been made since people first started harvesting apples and pears thousands of years ago.

A couple of farmhouse cheese platters from the grazing menu will also be on hand to balance the tastings. A perfect corporate event and social event to explore the wonderful world of cider and perry.
