Should we choose organic, vegetarian, paleo, clean eating, vegan or a raw food diet?

We have the answer with our range of workplace wellness classes which cover all of these topics and more.

Health and wellness chef Tony Chiodo will set up at your office (or any location) to showcase his healthy cooking knowledge for your corporate team.

Tony will demonstrate recipes which use whole, fresh, organic produce that can easily be integrated into everyone's lifestyle to nourish and create lasting well being.

These classes can fit into staff lunch breaks, before or after work. The set up is easy and not intrusive into the workplace.

Workplace wellness classes run for around 45 minutes and Tony will showcase 3-4 recipes within this time.  All food prepared can be shared amongst those attending and cooking recipes will be supplied electronically. 

Multiple sessions can be organised on the same day.  Booking a series of sessions will ensure staff are kept inspired and up to date with the latest health information.

Tony Chiodo is a qualified health and wellness chef. His recipes have appeared in Vogue Entertaining and Australian Gourmet Traveller Magazine. Tony is the author of Feel Good Food and Eating Well cookbooks.
